Scheduling an appointment with iThrive Health & Wellness Health Clinic is easy and convenient. Our team is here to help you find a time that works for you. We currently are seeing ages 12 and up.
To reserve time exclusively for you, a nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm all new patient appointments.
This policy helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, ensuring that appointment availability remains open for those in need of care.
Your deposit is applied toward your first visit and also helps cover the time and administrative preparation completed before your appointment, including:
- Chart setup and review
- Sending and processing intake documents
- Establishing your secure patient portal access
- Pre-appointment communication and scheduling coordination
Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice, and your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date.

Please have the new patient packet, questionnaires, and consents completed prior to your appointment time. This enables us to cover a large amount of information in a short time and better serve your needs. Appointments will have to be rescheduled if not completed. Thank you for your understanding!
